The HI-3510 Personal RF/Microwave Monitor is a portable device designed to detect and alert the wearer to potential harmful levels of electromagnetic radiation.

The HI-3510 expands on the capabilities of the popular HI-3520 RF/Microwave Monitor, allowing the selection of an instrument depending on the frequency to be monitored. The HI-3510 can detect non-ionizing radiation from RF and microwave sources in the frequency range of 50 MHz to 2.5 GHz. The HI-3520 RF/Microwave Monitor detects non-ionizing radiation in the frequency range of 1 to 18 GHz.

The HI-3510 allows the user to set the alarm warning level anywhere in the range from 0.2 to 20 mW/cm2 . The measurements are displayed on a three digit LCD readout. A ten segment bar graph, which is normalized to the selected alarm warning level, aids in obtaining a quick visual determination of the hazard level.
